Welcome to Fudutar.

By using Fudutar, creating an account, logging in, completing tasks, using wallets, viewing advertisements, creating promotions, listing products, using membership features, or using any feature of this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. PLATFORM PURPOSE

Fudutar is a digital reward-based platform that may include:

• Task systems
• Form filling activities
• Educational and practice forms
• Quiz systems
• Spin Wheel
• Mystery Box
• Referral systems
• Promo creation
• Product listing systems
• Wallet and reward systems
• Membership features

Some features may be created for learning, practice, testing, training, simulation, demonstration, entertainment, or educational purposes only.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may create accounts using:

• Google Login
• Supported authentication systems

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining account security.

Users must not create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, account farms, bot accounts, manipulated accounts, or use another person’s account without permission.

One user should use one genuine account only.

3. UNIQUE FUDUTAR UID POLICY

Each account may receive a unique Fudutar UID.

One email account should be connected with only one permanent Fudutar UID.

Fudutar UID may be used for:

• Account identification
• Wallet balance
• Reward tracking
• Referral system
• Task history
• Promotions
• Product listings
• Membership
• Admin review
• Fraud prevention
• Security verification

Users must not attempt to modify, duplicate, fake, transfer, sell, manipulate, or misuse Fudutar UID systems.

4. EDUCATIONAL / PRACTICE FORMS

Some forms may include:

• Demo KYC forms
• Demo banking forms
• Demo admission forms
• Demo application forms
• Demo payslip forms
• Practice forms
• Data activity forms
• Educational activity forms

These forms are for learning, training, testing, practice, simulation, demonstration, or educational purposes only.

They are not official government, bank, school, financial, legal, employment, identity verification, or institutional documents.

Users must not misuse forms for fraud, fake verification, identity theft, impersonation, illegal activity, unauthorized claims, or misleading submissions.

5. REWARD SYSTEM

Fudutar may provide virtual rewards called Fudo Points.

Rewards may be earned from:

• Tasks
• Forms
• Quizzes
• Spin Wheel
• Mystery Box
• Referrals
• Promotions
• Advertisements
• Offerwalls
• Game activities
• Supported activities

Rewards depend on task availability, timers, limits, cooldowns, validation, approval systems, anti-fraud checks, and policy compliance.

Rewards are not guaranteed.

6. WALLET RULES

Fudutar may include:

• Fudo Points wallet
• Main wallet
• Money wallet
• Reward balance
• Regional currency display
• Country-based settings
• Pending withdrawal balance
• Successful withdrawal history

Wallet balance, reward value, conversion rules, redemption limits, withdrawal availability, exchange display, and reward eligibility may change at any time without notice.

Wallets may be reviewed during fraud detection, policy checks, suspicious activity investigation, verification, or admin review.

7. WITHDRAWAL / REDEMPTION POLICY

Withdrawal, redemption, reward conversion, or reward claims may require:

• Minimum balance

• Admin approval

Fudutar may delay, reject, hold, cancel, or reverse suspicious withdrawal or redemption requests.

No instant withdrawal, fixed earning, fixed conversion, guaranteed approval, or guaranteed payment is promised.

8. ADVERTISEMENT POLICY

Fudutar may use advertising services including:

• Unity Ads
• Other supported advertisement providers

Users must not:

• Repeatedly click ads
• Force ad clicks
• Generate invalid clicks
• Generate fake impressions
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or emulators
• Manipulate advertisements
• Use VPN/proxy for ad abuse
• Encourage invalid ad activity
• Create fake traffic

Advertisement abuse may result in reward removal, wallet restriction, account suspension, or permanent account ban.

Users must comply with Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and applicable advertising policies.

9. OFFERWALL / THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Fudutar may integrate third-party reward providers including:

• Torox
• Other supported partners

Third-party providers may use their own:

• Verification systems
• Eligibility rules
• Fraud detection systems
• Reward approval policies
• Terms and privacy policies

Fudutar is not responsible for third-party delays, rejected offers, missing offer rewards, provider downtime, technical issues, or third-party decisions.

Users must follow third-party provider rules.

10. TASK COMPLETION RULES

Users must complete tasks manually and honestly.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Bots
• Scripts
• Automation
• Fake submissions
• Emulator abuse
• VPN abuse
• Proxy abuse
• Device manipulation
• Timer bypass attempts
• Spam activity
• Fake engagement
• Invalid traffic
• Reward manipulation
• Misleading completion
• Repeated invalid activity

Violation may result in reward cancellation, wallet restriction, account suspension, or permanent ban.

11. THUMBS UP CONFIRMATION

If a task includes a Thumbs Up, Confirm, Done, Complete, or similar confirmation button, pressing it means the user confirms that the task was completed manually, honestly, and according to the rules.

False confirmation, fake activity, invalid traffic, spam, misleading completion, or incomplete task confirmation may cancel rewards and restrict the account.

12. TIMER / COOLDOWN RULES

Some tasks may use:

• Timers
• Waiting periods
• Cooldowns
• Daily limits
• Completion limits
• Validation periods

Users must not bypass timers by reinstalling the app, changing device settings, switching accounts, restarting the app, clearing app data, using scripts, or manipulating system behavior.

• Duplicate referral accounts
• Referral farms

• Manipulated referral activity

Invalid referral rewards may be removed without notice.

15. SELL PRODUCT RULES

Fudutar does not guarantee product quality, seller performance, delivery, authenticity, external transaction success, or dispute resolution between users.

16. MEMBERSHIP / PREMIUM RULES

Fudutar may offer Premium Membership through Google Play Billing as a one-time purchase.

Premium purchases are securely processed by Google Play. Fudutar does not collect or store users' payment card, bank account, or other payment credentials.

Premium Membership unlocks eligible premium features according to the current app configuration. Benefits may change in future app updates.

Users who have purchased Premium Membership may restore their purchase on supported devices using the same Google account, subject to Google Play Billing policies.

Premium Membership does not guarantee fixed income, guaranteed rewards, guaranteed withdrawals, guaranteed task availability, or financial returns.

17. GAME / ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES

Fudutar may include game or entertainment features such as runner games, challenges, mini games, reward games, or practice games.

Game rewards, coins, points, challenges, levels, and availability may change at any time.

Game rewards are also subject to anti-fraud checks and reward validation.

18. NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE

Fudutar does not guarantee:

• Fixed income
• Salary
• Employment
• Profit
• Daily earnings
• Guaranteed rewards
• Guaranteed withdrawals
• Guaranteed task availability
• Guaranteed offerwall approval
• Guaranteed advertisement rewards

User rewards depend on availability, eligibility, validation, anti-fraud checks, policy compliance, and platform rules.

19. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION

Fudutar may restrict, suspend, block, or permanently ban accounts involved in:

• Spam
• Fake traffic
• Multiple account abuse
• Invalid ad activity
• Reward abuse
• Wallet manipulation
• Referral abuse
• Policy violations
• Suspicious behavior
• Illegal activity

Fudutar may also remove rewards, cancel withdrawals, reject promotions, or disable features for violating accounts.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fudutar is provided as available.

Fudutar is not responsible for service interruptions, device issues, internet issues, third-party provider problems, missed rewards due to invalid activity, rejected offers, external transactions, or user misuse.
